Dr. Josh Kiely, DC

I’m a chiropractor with an interest in performance and overall wellness. I’m also a husband and a father, and I understand how being in control of my health let’s me be better in both these roles.

My goal is to empower patients to build a strong foundation for health through assessment, education, mobilization, and strengthening.

I graduated from University of Guelph (where I met my wonderful wife!) before moving to Toronto to attend Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I practiced in Westboro and Centretown for four years before opening Highlands Wellness.

My Story

I grew up with four siblings, and physical play was normal in our house. I fell in love with football and weightlifting as a teenager and during my early twenties, I spent six summers planting trees.

Treeplanting was tough work but it taught me the value in not giving up and remaining positive, even when things got hard. Now, as a chiropractor, I want to use my experience and education to help my patients reach their goals and feel better.

What I Do

At Highlands Wellness, I work hard to make sure each patient gets the care they need. I listen and observe carefully to understand my patient’s goals and what might be a barrier impacting their achievement. Treatment is comprehensive and tailored to each patient.

My practice combines muscle release techniques, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and exercise to help patients feel their best.

Beyond Work

When I'm not in the office, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family and our two dogs. I practice what I preach and try to walk daily and get my workouts in every week.

Whether you're a patient looking for chiropractic care or just want to learn more about how you can feel better, please reach out. Let's work together to help you overcome pain and build the foundation for long term health.
